For Tele-classes and retreats, your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
The ARC Friends Club subscription fee is a recurring monthly charge to your credit or debit card. To cancel your subscription, please email staff@ARealizedCommunity.com.
If, by action of the company, any event or product you have paid for should be cancelled or otherwise unavailable, you will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually anywhere in the world. Please verify that the full and correct mailing address you are providing is typed in your order/account area. Please provide your full and correct mailing address to ARC in the way your country or area postal service expects to see it - we can adapt! If in doubt, email us about this at staff@ARealizedCommunity.com.
Shipping is separate from the cost of the course and materials.


Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment, via the most cost-effective method, Monday - Friday.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The shopping cart will indicate our best current shipping rate for your product. We update the rate periodically.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will notify you via the email address you provided. We will provide an estimated shipment date and the option to cancel at that time. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt in our warehouse. You will not be charged for a back-ordered item until it ships.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

What Items are Refundable?

FOUNDATIONAL COURSE FOR LIVING YOUR POTENTIAL – This program has a 30-day money-back guarantee (less Shipping and Handling fees; you pay the return shipping charges).
We ONLY refund your purchase price within the 30-day window of time – no exceptions! Our experience in talking with course users is that most people have been able to complete the program the first time in about 10-12 days. This gives you plenty of time to re-do the entire course so that you know how it works for you.

TELECLASSES – These classes are fully refundable, less a shipping and handling fee, if a phone or written (email address is staff@ARealizedCommunity.com) request is made 48 hours or more prior to class start date.

At your discretion, you may apply the monies paid to another class being offered within 60 days of the date you requested cancelation. You may alternatively transfer your registration, to the SAME class, to another experienced releaser who is a family member, business associate or friend. The transfer must be done within 48 hours before the relevant start date. We must have full contact information on the recipient of the retreat to register them into the Teleclass and related Forum.

If for any reason ARC, by its own action, must cancel a Teleclass, you will receive a full refund, whether materials have been shipped or not.

RETREATS – These events are fully refundable if canceled by phone or in writing (email address is staff@ARealizedCommunity.com) 30 days or more prior to the start of the event.
If less than 30 days' notice for cancelation is provided, ARC will refund the cost of your retreat tuition only. This is because ARC, by contract with retreat venues, must pay all room and board and conference room rental charges no later than 30 days before any event, and thus will retain your portion of those charges to cover those obligations.

If you find you are unable to attend after the 30-day notice period has lapsed, you may transfer the registration to another experienced releaser who is a family member, business associate or friend. The transfer must be done at least 7 days prior to the event start date (to allow sufficient notification to the retreat facility of any changes in room assignments, etc.). We must have full contact information on the recipient of the retreat to register them into the Retreat and the Retreat Center.

If for any reason ARC, by its own action, must cancel a retreat event (or substantially alter the retreat dates resulting in an individual being unable to attend), you will receive a full refund of your payment to ARC.

ARC FRIENDS CLUB – These subscriptions are not refundable. Any cancelation of the subscription will be effective at the end of the billing month in which the cancelation was requested. Please allow (one) 1 full billing cycle for the cancelation of your subscription to be reflected on your credit card statement.

How To Request a Refund

For TELECLASSES and RETREATS, call or notify ARC staff in writing (email address is staff@ARealizedCommunity.com) of the cancelation and the reason.
If the refund request meets the criteria noted above, ARC will process a refund to the credit card used at the time of purchase. If the original payment was made by check or money order, ARC will issue a check for the refund amount. There is no need to return any materials for Teleclasses or retreats. All refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of the request.
Please note that ARC processes the refund of monies out of our account and to your credit card processing company. The processing company you use has its own rules and timeframes for actually crediting your account with the monies – ARC does not control their processing!

To Request a Refund for the FOUNDATIONAL COURSE:

  1. Contact ARC by phone at 775-831-0565 or 800-917-0690 or via email to staff@ARealizedCommunity.com before the end of your 30-day period to request a refund. If you leave a message or send an email to staff@ARealizedCommunity.com, please explain the reason for the refund request. We appreciate your honest feedback on our product!
  2. ARC will email you a confirmation of the refund request and a return tracking number. Do NOT return the course materials to us without first receiving this tracking number.
  3. Include your return tracking number on a copy of the original bill of lading.
  4. Package the item, along with a copy of the original bill of lading and original packaging materials, in an appropriate shipping container and send within 3 days of receipt of confirmation of the refund request to:

Exchanges

FOUNDATIONAL COURSE FOR LIVING YOUR POTENTIAL – An exchange OF ANY DEFECTIVE ELEMENT is allowed, THAT IS, if the workbook or CDs are defective. In order to receive replacement materials, the original item must be returned to us. You will need to pay return shipping, however ARC will ship your replacement to you at no additional cost.
PLEASE NOTE that we only replace items due to ARC's own production issues. We will not exchange products that became defective due to poor handling or storage on your part (that is, you left all the CDs in the sun and they melted, or your dog chewed up the workbook, etc.).
To Return a Defective Foundational Course workbook or CDs for Exchange:

  1. Contact ARC by phone at 775-831-0565 or via email to STAFF@arealizedcommunity.com. If you leave a message or send an email, please explain the defect.
  2. ARC will email you a confirmation of receipt of the defect notice and give you a return tracking number. Do NOT return the defective item to us without first receiving this tracking number.
  3. Note the tracking number on the shipping label or on a copy of the original bill of lading.
  4. Package the item, along with a copy of the original bill of lading and original packing materials, in an appropriate shipping container and send to:

  1. ARC will ship your replacement materials within 72 hours of receipt of the defective item, Monday through Friday.

TELECLASSSES (except as noted above), RETREATS (except as noted above) AND THE ARC FRIENDS CLUB are not exchangeable.
